1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 999y platform — whether through the website at 999y.fun or via the 999y mobile app — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms apply to all users, including registered account holders and visitors who browse the platform without registering.

These terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 999y. If there is any conflict between these documents, these Terms and Conditions take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise.

999y reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.

2 Eligibility

To register and use 999y you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 999y does not permit use of its platform by minors under any circumstances.
• You must be the individual whose details you provide during registration. Registering on behalf of another person is not permitted.
• You must not already hold an active or previously closed 999y account. Only one account per person is allowed.
• You must be using the platform for personal entertainment purposes only — not on behalf of a business or third party.
• You must not be accessing the platform under a self-exclusion order or any voluntary restriction you have requested through our Responsible Gaming tools.

999y may request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until the matter is resolved.

3 Your Account

When you register with 999y, you create a personal account that is yours alone. The following rules apply to your account at all times:

• One account only. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, or different identities — is strictly prohibited. All accounts found to be duplicates may be closed and balances forfeited.
• Accurate information. The name, date of birth, phone number, and payment details you register must be accurate and belong to you. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.
• Account security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. Never share your credentials with anyone. 999y staff will never ask for your password via any channel.
• Unauthorised access. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately at [email protected]. You remain responsible for all activity that occurs on your account before you report the breach.
• Account currency. All balances, deposits, bonuses, and withdrawals are denominated in PKR. No currency conversion is applied by 999y.

999y reserves the right to suspend or lock an account pending investigation if unusual activity is detected, including but not limited to irregular login patterns, suspicious betting behaviour, or flagged payment transactions.

4 Deposits

999y accepts deposits made in PKR through the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit cards, and supported mobile wallets. Deposits made via other methods not listed in the cashier will not be accepted and may be returned, subject to processing fees charged by the sending institution.

• Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time for JazzCash, Easypaisa, and Raast. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing schedule.
• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier section at the time of deposit. These minimums may vary by payment method.
• All funds deposited must originate from a payment account or card registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• 999y does not charge deposit fees. However, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside of 999y's control.
• Deposits made in error or in excess of your intended amount are not automatically refunded. Contact support if you believe an error has occurred.

999y reserves the right to refuse or reverse a deposit if there are reasonable grounds to believe it is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a violation of these terms.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be submitted from your account dashboard at any time. All withdrawals are paid in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified payment account in your name.

• Processing time. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals typically complete within five minutes of approval during normal operating hours. Raast and bank transfers may take slightly longer depending on the receiving institution.
• Verification. Before your first withdrawal, and periodically thereafter, 999y may require identity verification. This typically involves submitting a copy of your national identity card (CNIC) and a recent utility bill or bank statement matching your registered address.
• Minimum withdrawal. Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier. Requests below the minimum will not be processed.
• Bonus funds. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. Any attempt to withdraw before meeting these requirements will result in the bonus being forfeited.
• Right to review. 999y reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal while a review is in progress. This will be communicated to you via your registered contact details.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, 999y offers bonuses, free spins , reload promotions, and other incentives to eligible players. The following rules apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements. Every bonus carries a wagering requirement — a multiplier indicating how many times the bonus amount must be staked before it becomes withdrawable. The specific multiplier for each offer is displayed on the promotion page.
• Eligible games. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate. Contribution rates are listed in the individual promotion terms.
• Expiry. Bonuses that are not used or wagered within the stated validity period will be automatically removed from your account. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• One bonus at a time. Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, only one bonus may be active on your account at a time.
• Abuse. 999y actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes — but is not limited to — registering multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome offers, using low-risk betting patterns to extract bonus value without genuine play, and coordinating with other players to exploit bonus mechanics. Accounts found to be abusing bonuses will have bonuses cancelled, winnings derived from abuse forfeited, and accounts permanently closed.
• No cash alternative. Bonuses have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met. Bonuses cannot be exchanged, transferred, or applied to another player's account.

999y reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already claimed and in active use at the time of the change.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on 999y is governed by the rules of the individual sport, event, or game in question, in addition to these general platform terms. For sports betting — including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, and esports — the following general rules apply:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once a bet is placed and confirmed, it cannot be amended or cancelled except where the specific rules for the sport or market expressly permit it.
• In the event of a match or event being abandoned, postponed, or significantly altered before completion, 999y reserves the right to void the relevant bets and return stakes to player balances.
• Obvious errors in odds — including pricing errors caused by technical faults or data feed issues — are not binding. 999y reserves the right to void bets placed on clearly erroneous odds and notify affected players.
• For slot games and live casino, the rules of each game are determined by the original software developer — Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, NetEnt, Microgaming, Evolution, or others. 999y does not modify game mechanics, RNG systems, or payout tables. Disputes relating to individual game outcomes should reference the certified game rules.
• Maximum bet and maximum win limits apply across the platform. These limits vary by game and by your account status. Attempting to place bets that exceed stated limits will result in the bet being rejected or reduced to the applicable maximum.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 999y. Engaging in any of these will result in account suspension, cancellation of bets and bonuses, forfeiture of balances derived from prohibited activity, and permanent account closure:

• Multiple accounts. Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or a different identity, for any purpose including claiming multiple bonuses.
• Fraudulent deposits. Using payment methods that do not belong to you, using stolen card or wallet details, or initiating chargebacks after withdrawing winnings.
• Collusion. Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share cards in poker, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage.
• Automated play. Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets or interact with games in place of genuine human play.
• Arbitrage abuse. Systematically exploiting pricing differences between 999y and other platforms in a manner that constitutes abuse rather than legitimate strategic betting.
• Money laundering. Using 999y to deposit, cycle, and withdraw funds for purposes other than genuine gaming activity. 999y complies with anti-money laundering practices and will report suspicious financial activity where required.
• Underage access. Allowing, facilitating, or attempting to facilitate access to the platform by anyone under the age of 18.

9 Responsible Gaming

999y is committed to providing a safe gaming environment for adult players. Gambling is a form of entertainment and should always be approached with a clear budget and a set time limit. The following tools are available to every registered player:

• Deposit limits. Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your account settings. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a cooling-off period.
• Session reminders. Configure time-based reminders that alert you when you have been playing for a set duration, helping you stay aware of how long you have been on the platform.
• Cooling-off period. Take a break from the platform for a set period — 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days — without permanently closing your account.
• Self-exclusion. Request a self-exclusion of six months or longer. During self-exclusion, your account will be deactivated and you will not be able to log in or receive promotional communications. This is a firm commitment and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 999y platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, icons, and software — is the intellectual property of 999y or its licensed content partners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal gaming purposes only.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any 999y content without express written permission.
• The 999y name and logo may not be used in any context that implies endorsement, partnership, or affiliation without prior written agreement.
• Game software provided by third-party developers (Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, NetEnt, Microgaming, Evolution, and others) remains the intellectual property of those respective developers and is used by 999y under licence.

11 Limitation of Liability

999y provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to keep the platform running reliably, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. The following limitations apply:

• 999y is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or connectivity issues beyond our reasonable control — including failures in your internet service, mobile network, or device.
• 999y is not responsible for the outcome of any bet or game session. All outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems or live event results, and are not influenced by 999y staff or systems.
• In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect display of odds, balances, or game results, 999y reserves the right to correct the error and void any affected transactions. We will communicate any such corrections to impacted players promptly.
• Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter where limitation of liability is not permitted by applicable law.

12 Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, any eligible real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method.

999y may close or suspend your account at its discretion in the following circumstances:

• Breach of these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, or the Responsible Gaming policy.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity misrepresentation.
• Failure to provide identity verification documents when requested.
• A determination by 999y's risk team that continued operation of the account poses a risk to platform integrity or other players.

Where an account is closed by 999y due to a breach of terms, any balance derived from the prohibited activity may be forfeited. Balances not connected to the breach will be returned subject to verification. 999y's decision following an internal review is final.

13 Changes to Terms

999y reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For significant changes, we may also notify registered players via their registered email or in-app notification.

Continued use of the platform after any changes have been published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with updated terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account and arrange return of any eligible balance.
